Dinner for 10 pictures

Cooked a dinner for someone I used to watch on MTV! (Suchin Pak!)  It was an absolute blast, a sweet kitchen and very nice guests who enjoy eating for 3+ hours 🙂

the squash blossoms at the farmers market looked pretty awesome. I had to buy them & stuff them, then fry w/ tempura batter
the pasta (seppia di nero) / squid ink tagliolini w/ sea urchin, paired w/ Vermentino, a region north west of liguria… like the italian riviera… Mmmm
